这时,一位前辈主动地指点了小刘,告诉他需要找机会表现自己,让自己在领导眼里出现,只有这样大家才能重视你。并给他出主意,在单位会议上可以适当表现一点自己的想法。

小刘很上心,虽然自己对于单位的工作流程还不是很懂,但还是临时抱佛脚的了解了许多事,打算在会议上一展拳脚,让领导注意到自己。
